1960 Compact Travel Trailer This is a vintage "Compact" trailer. The year is approximately 1960. It is 12 ft. total length and the box length is about 8 1/2 ft. It is approx. 5 1/2 ft. wide. It is in excellent condition and was restored about 10 years ago. The trailer is constructed of fiberglass and has wood flooring. In the pictures you will see that there is a cooking area in the back which includes a 3 burner stove, sink, and icebox (cooler). Above sink/stove area are sliding doors for storage. Also there is a detachable table (extended counter). The trailer will hold approx. 10 gal. water which you will find in the rear. The water pump may be operated either manually or by the electric pump and also has city hookup. All exterior lighting is intact and in working cond. There are two deep cycle batteries and a 5 gal. propane tank. Also located beneath the rear end there is a spare tire. The tires measure 5.30-12 and are in good condition. The inside of this beauty is mostly visible in the pictures. There is a storage cabinet above the bed and an electric heater and two cooling fans that will operate off of the trailers batteries. The control panel for interior/exterior lighting and 12 volt power supply outlets are located under storage cabinets. The bed is about the size, of a full size mattress. There is also a turn-lever window that can be opened from inside. You may see that this is very rare find, I have not seen one anywhere around. This trailer can be towed behind just about anything.
