- ViewRVs.com shall not have any liability whatsoever, to any person or entity, for any inaccuracies in any Advertising.
C. Ownership
- All content is the property of ViewRVs.com unless otherwise specified and cannot be used without prior permission.
- All photos and information submitted become property of the site.
- ViewRVs.com does not have any ownership interest in any of the units advertised on the site.
D. Advertisements
- All photos submitted for ads must be of the actual unit and not a similar unit.
- Advertiser is solely responsible for the content and accuracy of the ad text.
- Advertisers are responsible for verifying the content of the advertisements.
- Buyers and Sellers are responsible for the safety and roadworthiness of the units advertised for sale.
- There are no warranties, express or implied, on any of the units advertised on the site.
- Advertisers must be available via posted contact information. The site reserves the right to terminate ads with invalid contact information or unresponsive sellers.
- Ads removed due to incorrect contact information or unresponsive sellers will require additional payment to be reinstated.
- Ads for tow vehicles are not part of the listing fee and cannot be part of the ad text. A separate ad can be purchased for tow vehicles.
