1989 AS fifth wheel 35 ft. Custom restored and updated. 100% functional. Only @ 125 made, very rare. Ext is in great condition for its age. Entire floor replaced with new plywood with laminate plank wood floor on top. Entire roof coated with "kool seal" elastomeric paint. New sidewall paneling. New mini blinds. New refrigerator.
