1956 Silver Streak Jet 19' Travel Trailer
This is an rare classic -in amazing condition for being 59 years old -- in original vintage condition with the
aluminum cupboards with wood drawers and doors
original stove
has original green inside paint on the aluminum walls
has newer air conditioner
new Goodyear tires and spare
has new water heater
new water lines run - (not tested by me)
brand new axle (note axle is on bottom of leaf spring for higher clearance off road but it can be changed to lower
setting quite easily)
recent polishing of outside done so it just glistens in the sun
electric works well
*needs regulator for propane -- have never tested stove or heater
the tiles on the floor which are not original are the glue down type and are missing in some areas
the floor seems good but there is an extra piece about 14 inches square that toilet is set in and there seems
to be a veneer piece under tile at entry way
the night stand top by bed (the bed that is in there is a twin but there is room enough for a double) has had
water on the top
there is no holding tank for toilet but a pipe that goes down through the floor and the man who lived in it at
septic holder he put underneath- --
there is a little dimple in back right about the size of a half of a banana and there are two spots on the sides
that are kind of hard to see where there is a slight indentation -- one toward the front on the right side and
one toward the back on the right side
