2007 Casita Spirit Deluxe 17' Travel Trailer
This 17 foot Spirit Deluxe is in excellent condition. It has had many modifications made to add convenience and comfort.
The 14" tires and wheels were replaced with 15" with 10 ply tires, thermostat control on heat and ac, upgraded fantastic fan roof vent,
shelves in closet and under sink, high rise faucet on kitchen sink, cover for two burner stove, shelf added by stove, replaced exhaust fan over stove,
vent put in bathroom door. Replaced mini blinds with curtains, many more.
General Specifications: Overall length-17', Overall height- 8'11", Interior height 6'3", Overall width- 6'8", Approx dry weight-2385 lbs, Approx hitch weight-365 lbs, GVW 3500 lbs.
Sleeps 3, High lift axel for extra clearance, hitch and sway bar, stabilizer jacks, roof mounted ac, 25 gal fresh water tank, 15 gal black water tank, 25 gal grey water tank.
Interior Specifications: Wet bath (toilet, shower & sink), wardrobe closet, 2 burner gas stove, sink, microwave, refrigerator-4 cu ft, dinette booth/single bed,
rear dinette/queen bed, carpet except in bathroom, overhead storage throughout.
