1966 Avion Travelcader Travel Trailer
1966 Avion T-27, Single Axle
Rare single axle Avion trailer in good condition for its age. Naturally it has its fair share of dings,
scratches and a couple dents, but overall a very nice camper. The Avion trailers were some of the best
ever made, as their slogan says "Masterfully constructed to outlast them all!" Has a toilet, but previous
owner removed bathroom sink and tub. Pulls down the road easy, pulled it 150 miles and could barely feel
it in the back. Tail lights worked with my truck, 7 pin connector, 2 5/16 ball, comes with hitch for
truck and tow bars.
Hard to find single axle Avion trailer in good condition, partially restored inside, and a coating of
Everbrite on the outside to protect against oxidation and the elements for the next 5 to 7 years.
Wheel bearings repacked, pulls like a dream, weight is 4400lbs. Refrigerator works, windows all open,
all original glass, one pane cracked. Many of the original furnishings are still in it, including the
dinette table, with two extra leaves, the Ogden water purifier and the beautifully restored hand-crafted
wooden cabinets and closets. Sleeps 4 comfortably, two twin beds in back, and a pull out couch in front.
