Interior:
Good clean interior with newer vinyl floor and re-upholstered gauchos. Original wooden cabinetry.
Lighting and counter tops in good condition.
Newer Dometic Americana RM2551 gas/electric/auto refrigerator.
Newer Hot water tank (Atwood 10 Gallon G10-3E), Newer Freshwater tank.
Original oven/stove works (Magic Chef), Coleman A/C Unit in good working order.
Original Furnace (untested), New battery in 2013.
Exterior:
Exterior in good condition with a few smaller dents & scratches. Good solid frame and underbelly skin.
Tires in good condition with new conical domed hubcaps. Spare tire in good condition.
Full length awning in good condition. Running lights in good condition.
New aluminum refrigerator roof vent. External 10 gallon waste water tank.
Newer propane tanks and new propane regulator with gauges.
