1972 Rectrans Discoverer Motorhome
1972 Rectran Discoverer, not many of these left, definitely a head turner! The motorhome has the Dodge 413 cu.
in eng., automatic three-speed transmission and runs well but has the common 413 exhaust leak. Does not have the power generator. All
the other basic motor home items are there , stove, frig., air cond., water heater, etc.
The motorhome will run and drive but hasn't been on
the road much in a few years. It has brakes but could be better, l put a new brake master cylinder
with booster about a year ago. Also, this is the mid bath model meaning the
bath is in the center of motorhome. This motorhome DOES NEED WORK even though it rus and drives.
Also the beds in the rear convert to bunks one each side.
The windshield has a crack on the passenger side that can be seen in one of the pictures showing the windshield on the passenger side.
The actual miles are unknown. You can probably read what is showing on the instrument panel view of the odometer. I would guess it
is around 100,000 miles more or less.
