1976 GMC Birchaven 23' Motorhome
New re-manufactured engine with only 12,870 miles on it. A total of 112,870 on the
coach. Olds 455 front wheel drive, 3 speed automatic.
Newer alternator. New front end parts. 2 New axles, rotors, calipers, wheel bearings,
pads and flex lines. Newer awning and new over head AC.
The dash air has all new pressure lines, dryer, compressor and R134 equivalent gas.
It also has a fresh air return duct. Photovoltaic panels and charging panel.
New tires, Three new batteries, new generator starter, solenoid and electronic
switching board. Upgraded dash panel - see pictures. New steering wheel.
Class III trailer hitch. Spare air bag for rear suspension. Air suspension pump
in good working order.
All appliances work. 3 way refer. 4 burner stove with oven. Forced air heat.
Microwave included. All windows have mini blinds. Side windows have a wooded
surround to keep the blinds in place. New counter tops, oak floor below table.
New water pump. All holding tanks in good condition. No leaks.
Rear bathroom with tub and closet.
