3208NA Caterpillar Diesel engine, 5 speed Allison automatic transmission, all Steel Construction, Air Cushion Suspension,
12.5 KW Kohler / Perkins Diesel Generator, Racor fuel filters, working hydraulic jacks. There is a new starter-2008, new alternator in 2008,
4 new batteries installed April 2010, new air cans on front and back brakes in 2008. The interior was redone at the factory in the 1990's
and is in excellent condition. It has a new Delta kitchen faucet with sprayer, new Delta bathroom faucet, newer fresh water pump.
Also a 2 compartment Dometic Refrigerator AC & LP, built in blender and toaster, 3 roof-top A/C’s, 2 Propane Gas Furnaces-16,000 BTU
each, Propane Stove, Microwave/Convection Oven, all appliances are in excellent working order. 5 Zip Dee Awnings, Air operated entry
step, CB radio, Stereo, one 50 amp battery charger, 250 gallon fuel tank, 96 gallon fresh water tank, 52 gallon black water tank, 50
gallon gray water tank, 45 gallon propane tank, several basement storage bays, and 30 & 50 AMP shore power cables. We are the 3rd
owners and this Coach has been well cared for. It also has Dual Air Horns, Electronic Door chime (programmable), Intercom System,
and CCTV back up camera as well as other accessories such as, 2 fresh water hoses, water filter, 15' sewer hose and stand, quick
connect air hose, tire inflator and pressure gauge, wood jack/ramp blocks and an ALCOA Aluminum Rim only for use with a spare tire.
