1977 AVION/GMC RV 22' CLASS C MOTORHOME NEW ENGINE + UPGRADES
This is a 1977 AVION FAMILY CRUISER motorhome. AVION motorhomes were produced in 1977- 1978 by Avion (a subsidiary of Fleetwood) the big aluminum travel trailer builder. These Class C units were the epitome of high class luxury. Only 115 units were ever produced and most are still on the road. Everything about them was ultra high quality for the time. Cabinetry and bodywork are exceptional quality.
The body of the Avion is mostly all aluminum with the front top nose piece being made of high quality fiberglass. The chassis is GMC and there is fixable rust spots in the steel body parts.
