In average condition, the shell has two dents in two of the upper rear
segments, and a couple of small shallow dents up front on the lower
belly pan. It has not been polished and the clearcoat is still on it,
peeling in locations. All of the original exterior vents and doors are
present, and the windows are not be broken and have working openers and
close securely. The interior furnishings (cabinets, fixtures,
appliances & linings) are 90% or more original. Two of the wardrobe
doors need to be hinged (I have the hinges). Curtains, carpet, and
heater replaced a few years ago. Had the following known issues when
placed in storage 4 year ago: Water heater may need to be replaced,
dealer claims it is leaking, but another shop was able to winterize it
and had doubts on dealer's diagnoses. The original A/C fan runs, but
unit does not cool. The refrigerator works on electric, have not tried
it on LPG. The tires are in good shape, spare looks new. The
sub-floor has soft spots and rot in back bedroom under rear window.
