1997 Airstream Classic 36' Motor Home Last year built 1997. Don't get this confused with a LAND YACHT! The CLASSIC AIRSTREAM MOTORHOME is a true airstream with its signature aluminum bullet shell. 36,000 Miles Bought it a few years ago and restored it completely... Actually updated the blue and beige interior, and worked with a designer to do a retro 50's interior! All fabrics, fixtures and materials are top of the line. Floor is waterproof laminate oak, installed industrial carpeting Back is Moroccan room. Put two full size futons to create one large bed. Custom pillows and upholstery. Bathroom redone. New head with foot pump/full size. New sink and fixture (great as a bar!) Kitchen redone. Fridge (gas/electric) resurfaced with stainless steel panels. Countertop redone with luxury laminate. New sink (Black enamel) and fixtures. Dinette - All new upholstery. All valances new using luxury fabrics! Sitting area. Two facing three seater leather convirtible couches. Couches turn into massive king size bed. Hidden pull down video screen. 12 Speaker stereo, 2 subwoofers. Rear view camera, stereo, lcd tv, XM wired, satellite dish with automatic finder, 2 AC units, hot water, Zip Dee awnings, stabilizers, and more!!!! HAVE ALL THE MANUALS - tracked down everything This thing is a dream to drive. Does not feel cheap like other RVs. Overall the project is 95% done. My last goal was to pop out a few dents and sandblast the entire thing to a mirror shine. Time has run out and I am out of steam. Needs to go to a new home for the final touches.
