1995 Airstream Classic 36' Motorhome
Condition, condition, condition!
If Grandma would have driven a motorhome to church on Sundays, this would
have been it!
This loaded unit has been stored inside or under covered storage. This unit has been regularly serviced
and is in very good to excellent condition. New York State requires a safety inspection each year. This
unit has recently been certified as safe and complies with the NYS safety code.
GM 454 gas engine, only 27,000 miles, 2 owner, no pets/smokers, loaded, 7000 watt Onan generator, automatic
leveling, back-up camera, full awnings, keyless entry, safe, oak cabinets and kitchen floor, leather
upholstery, new carpet and window treatments through-out, micro/convection and conventional oven,
3-way fridge, Corian table and counter, 2 dual roof A/C, Fantastic fan, skylights, day-night shades, 2 TVs,
VCR, Sony sound system, 50 amp service, rear Queen and more.
It was stored inside in a garage until last winter since that time we have stored it with U-Store-It,
which is a pole barn type storage facility with electric service provided. We used it twice last summer.
Some of the things we added are a Banks exhaust system, a Magic Chef conventional oven with tray drawer
underneath, new carpet in 2006, new window treatments, bedspread, Corian dinette table and stove top
cover matching the countertop, 4 new tires last summer, new upholstered white leather couch, and new
china toilet. We have always had a motorhome and a trailer and you can see by the low mileage that
we only took each out about twice a year. It has been gently used annually and
has low miles. It has been well maintained with upgrades like the Banks exhaust system and recent carpet
drapes, and other interior upgrades.
